Short Stay Apartments Perth - Terms & Conditions

Prices: All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and bank transfer.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is 2pm on the date of arrival and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Earlier check-in and late check-out can be arranged depending on other bookings. Guests who do not vacate the apartment by 10am without prior arrangement will be charged $50 per hour.

Deposit: A deposit of $200 to make your booking. Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to rescind your booking and refund your deposit. All extensions must be paid for by credit card unless otherwise advised.

Refundable Bond: If you are paying by bank transfer a bond of $500 is required.

Bond, Paying by credit card: The amount of $500 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. You will be required to produce your credit card and photo identification upon arrival.

After departure: A full inspection will be carried out of the property. If any loss or damage has occurred during your stay the cost (in full) will be deducted from your cash bond or charged to your credit card. Any remaining bond will be refunded within 14 days.

Cancellations: Your deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your booking. All other monies paid will be refunded unless the cancellation is within 14 days of the booking date. In this instance we will re-advertise the booked nights and refund only those nights for which we are able to get a replacement booking. This will be at the market rate.

Smoking: All of our properties are strictly NON-SMOKING. If you are found to have smoked in the property we will charge you $250 (no exceptions).

No Parties: All of our properties have a no party policy. We reserve the right to immediately cancel your booking without refund and charge you $500 for a breach of this condition. Any offensive behaviour, loud noise or disruption caused to other residents of the complex in which the apartment is situated will be deemed to be a breach of this condition.

Damage: The immediate report of any damage will be viewed favourably. Any damage not reported will be deducted from the bond without correspondence.

Furniture: No movement of the furniture is permitted without authorisation. Any movement of the furniture will incur a $100 minimum cost as a breach of these terms and conditions.

Parking: Always park in the designated parking bay for the property that you are in.

Keys: Keys will be made available on the day of arrival unless otherwise organised.

Lost keys and gate openers: Lost keys will incur a $250 contribution towards changing locks. Gate controllers will incur a $100 replacement charge.

Mail: Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments will return all guests’ mail to sender so please ensure you arrange for redirection.

Description: The guest accepts that Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments has described the property to the best of its ability and will not be held liable should the property not be deemed suitable upon arrival.

Location: The guest accepts that they are aware that all properties are inner city located and as such some associated noise must be accepted as a condition beyond the control of Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments. Guests must accept that any apartment located in a complex with a swimming pool will experience some degree of noise from people using the swimming pool and associated communal area which is a situation beyond the control of Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments.

Cleaning: The property is cleaned before your arrival and following your departure. Should you require cleaning during your stay please contact us to arrange. Additional charges apply. Should it be found that additional time is required to clean the property after departure a charge of $30 per hour will apply.

Number of guests: Under no circumstances should the number of people residing at the property exceed the number confirmed at the time of booking. If it is found that additional persons are residing at the property your booking will be immediately cancelled without refund.

Swimming pool: Please observe ALL rules that are posted in the swimming pool area.
The pool has NO LIFEGUARD. All children must be supervised at all times.

Linen: Linen sufficient for the number of guests will be provided. If you require additional items please contact us and we will arrange more linen or towels, an additional charge may apply. Guests are advised that massage oils and makeup can stain the linen and towels. Any damaged or stained sheeting or towels will be charged from A minimum of $75 for sheets and $45 for towels.

Our Attendance: Should we be required to attend the property or to attend any bond issue our time will be charged on a per hour basis at the rate of $44 per hour inclusive of GST with a minimum of one hour per attendance.

Guest Property: All property, valuables, luggage and vehicles belonging to the guest shall be at the risk of the guest at all times and Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments or the property owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.

We strongly advise our clients to take out comprehensive travel insurance.

Inspection/entry: A representative of Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments may enter the property without notice in the event of the following: upon receiving a complaint, to effect eviction, in the event of an emergency or accident or to effect repairs or replacement of items.

Departure: Upon departure please leave keys, swipe cards, gate controls on the dining table. Ensure the property is clean and tidy, all towels left in the bathroom and linen left in the centre of the bed. Close the front door and ensure it is locked.

Liability: Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments accepts no liability for any shortcomings or defects with its accommodation or that provided through it as a booking agent and no liability for any illness, personal injury, death, damage or loss unless caused by its negligence or that of any of its employees (provided that they were acting in the course of their employment at the time). The laws of the state of Western Australia govern these terms and conditions.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control: Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments and the property owners it represents shall not be liable jointly or individually for loss, damage, changes, cancellation or any other detrimental effect on your short stay or holiday by any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of it as the accommodation provider.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By payment of the deposit you agree that you have read and accept the terms and conditions set out herein and submit to the governing laws of the state of Western Australia in relation to your accommodation provided by Executive Short Stay and Holiday Apartments.
